Get OSSA standard building and published.

• ❌ Missing type declarations
• ❌ Module import failures
• ✅ Linting passing
• 37 local branches
• 5 uncommitted files

Tasks

• Install missing type declarations
  • @types/js-yaml
  • @types/uuid
  • axios
  • zod
• Fix module import paths
• Resolve service dependency issues
• Run test suite
• Commit and push
• Publish v0.2.0 to registry

Success Criteria

• ✅ Green CI pipeline
• ✅ All TypeScript errors resolved
• ✅ Tests passing
• ✅ Published to package registry
