feat: Update roadmap and add auto-rebase configuration

Test Coverage

  • Current: 62/108 tests passing (57%)
  • Target: 80%+ coverage restoration

Next Steps

After merging to development:

  1. Enable auto-rebase schedule in GitLab
  2. Apply stashed TypeScript fixes
  3. Continue with VORTEX restoration
