fix: complete SSH authentication restoration with libcrypto fixes

  • Enhanced release:production job with libcrypto compatibility
  • Added libssl-dev and openssl packages for SSH key handling
  • Implemented ed25519 and RSA key scanning for better compatibility
  • Added SSH_AUTH_SOCK export for libcrypto fallback
  • Removed unnecessary quotes from script commands for consistency
  • Restored full SSH authentication capability for auto-merging and tag releases
